When reserving a space with Halcyon, the following always applies:
1. Event pricing depends on the date and time of booking.
2. A card must be provided at the beginning of any event to start your tab
3. Our rate includes all beverages (beer, cider, non-alcoholic, etc.) served and consumed onsite during the event.
4. You will have a minimum spending amount for your reservation and you must spend that amount DURING the time of your event. If you do not hit the spending minimum don’t worry! The remainder of the minimum will still be added to your tab.
5. We strictly comply with laws prohibiting the service of alcohol to minors or visibly intoxicated guests.

FAQ’s
How far in advance do I have to reserve a private space?
You can request a reservation at any time, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
Please note that although we accept short-notice event requests, our schedule does fill up. For the best chance of securing your ideal date and time, you should submit a request AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance for private Event room or Outdoor patio reservations, and AT LEAST 4 weeks in advance for a Brewery Buyout private event. If you’re hoping to make a last-minute reservation we encourage you to submit a request just in case.
The farthest in advance that we can accept a reservation is 6 months ahead of time.
What are my catering options and how does it work?
If you answer “Yes” or “Maybe” to being interested in Halcyon’s in-house catering services on the reservation request form, we will provide information and options for you to review. Otherwise, we allow you to organize your own catering/food service for your private event.
If you organize your own catering, your caterer/service provider MUST have a call with our kitchen manager to discuss the details of the catering directly.
For a full brewery buyout, you must submit a catering request AT LEAST one month in advance.
Are there any options for people attending my event who DON’T drink beer?
Absolutely! We have cider and hard seltzer on-tap, as well as wine and sake.
For anyone who wants non-alcoholic beverages, we provide a range of non-alcoholic beer, various sparkling water options, Coke and diet Coke, and juice boxes.
For specific requests of alternative beverages please reach out for more information. We will try our best to accommodate!
Can we bring our own beverages?
No - Due to Washington state LCB regulations, guests cannot bring other beverages onto our licensed premises. This means that our staff is also unable to pour any cocktails or liquor for your event.
The only way to bring your own hard alcohol beverages would be to get a Banquet License. Then our bartenders can serve the alcohol if you secure the license and buy the alcohol. Feel free to look into this option (more information here) and we would love to help you make this happen!
Are kids and/or dogs allowed?
Halcyon is kid friendly in all of our spaces, and we welcome any well-behaved dog (so long as they remain on a leash)!
